Moram ("we," "us," or "our") operates a curated weekly matchmaking service for Korean singles in the Greater Seattle area (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Service. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, including the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86), as applicable.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Account information: name, email address, phone number, password.
Profile information: age, gender, photographs, occupation, education, location (city/neighborhood), dating intentions, preferred age range, lifestyle preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
Sensitive information: information you voluntarily share that may reveal religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. We process this only with your consent and solely for matchmaking.
Usage data: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service.

To create and manage your account and verify your eligibility.
To curate and deliver one weekly match based on your preferences and profile.
To moderate the community, including reviewing profiles and investigating reports.

4. Sharing of Information

We share limited profile information (name, age, photo, bio) with the single match you receive each week. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to (a) service providers who process data on our behalf under written contracts, (b) law enforcement or government authorities when required by applicable Washington or federal law, and (c) parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to confidentiality.

5. Your Rights Under Washington Law

Subject to applicable Washington law, you have the right to:

Access and obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Withdraw consent to processing of consumer health or other sensitive information at any time.
Appeal a denial of any of the above requests.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Service and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email.
